Hokkaidou no Geneki Hunter ga Isekai ni Hourikoma Rete Mita - Vol. 1 Ch. 1.3

@kaminomikan
that's easy, either her parents came to that village without having her (yet) or she was young and the rest seeing how quick she developed they figured it out

@kaminomikan id bet my beard she is probably a half-elf or something along that line if shes an elf with the comparable to a humans it would make sense,also her proportions do indeed give off a human vibe than an elven one

What a wholesome isekai. Monogamous marriage is such a rarity, usually it's either all slave harems or MCs protecting their virginity like it's the source of their cheat powers.

Average Japanese male height is around 5ft 6 inches, meaning the elf chick is almost 7ft tall.

Instant Waifu XD

(And the ending of the chapter makes me think of her a bit as Sacagawea)

Based MC bringing communism to another world. Also completely and utterly breaking the world's economy.

@kaminomikan I looked at the WN raw and all they really hinted is that she's
not half human, it's something else
but since this probably went WN to LN then manga, maybe it's changed.

sending off the strongest fighter and only hunter in a village literally surrounded by wilderness with some random human dude seems like a dumb idea but hey, i'm no village chief

@Ubergeek

Apparently meat isn't a big part of elves diet, her being a hunter is more useful as killing a number of potential pests for the village(in the novel by this point they had already hunted a number of pests, most notably racoons but also birds, together. The strongest elf though IS a strange thing to send away but apparently she isn't OVERLY necessary for their area, the main time she'd come into play is when human bandits attack and she serves that role for most the nearby elf villages as well not just this one where she lives. It very much feels like elves are a peaceful race in this that try to just eat fruits, veggies, and grains. They'd be perfectly fine living in tune with nature if they didn't need to worry about humans about, and even with them about they made them part of how they live by trading salt with them rather then leaving to search for a better place to get salt like they probably would have done prior.....Unfortunately while trade has largely worked out for them semi-decently they don't especially have means to defend themselves still since they don't have metal working and iron products are largely too expensive to get when they are already spending so much on salt and other essentials.
