Since the manga seems to have skipped over it, context on why Sieg was pissed: while Ritz was gone, Claus revealed to Sieg that all her brothers were basically betting on how quickly she'd get divorced; a lot of the family didn't think she'd actually be capable of settling down and everyone thought she was coming home because the marriage went south, not just to visit.
