Okay...this is just my opinion but she is a b*tch, Rina that is and she will forever be one... She is not a good person, nor a good wife...i know that her husband isn't either but still doesn't change the fact that she fell for another man and wanted to destroy other people's family and steal someone else's husband...her action is inexcusable no matter what the situation was with her marriage...
In regards to her being a mother...i don't have an opinion simply because I believe to be a good mother is also be a good wife first and she failed at that... And also I won't forget that she almost threw everything away for the sake of her so called love towards junpei and that involves the "custody" of the kids so her not seeing them.. I couldn't even sympathize to her.. I just can't...she deserves the worst kind of punishment to be honest still vengeful till the end.. I don't pity her one bit...

I think all this problem wont happen if Rina and her husband talk more as family. Yes compatibility is important, but without proper talk and trust a couple compatibility wont be achieved
