Pretty interesting that he doesn't see the homeless guys as homonculi (although he doesn't cover his eye around them).

He does see that one homeless guy who cooks and feeds the pigeons as a metallic egg which he can't approach. As for others, for whatever reason he has not been using his power while around them it seems.
