In terms of the relationship, I feel like there were points when I felt the progress was just a retread of itself. Like, hadn't she decided to go after him when she agreed to fight fairly with Serena(crap, I'm forgetting her name; it was something like that)? Then suddenly she rubber-banded back to just being ok with watching. Like, isn't that kind of cruel to the girl you agreed to fight fairly against who gathered up the courage to confess? I just hope this isn't going to keep happening.

As for her character growth, I am quite pleased. She went from being a parrot to a badass with a heart of cotton candy in just 8 fucking months(only 26 chapters). She makes Kai look unremarkable in comparison. Hope he realizes that.
