I'm glad the author took the chance to give us the backstory uninterrupted for this long. Seems like there might be more, but we have a clearer picture of things now.
Shiho still seems to believe Wooshin is blameless in all this, but I don't feel that's the case at all.

Shiho was too dependent on Wooshin he payed no attention to his surrounding and didn't built any meaningful relationship with other classmate ( I don't know if WSh make it that way on purpose but this also Shiho's mistake ) .
The bully doesn't listen to any one but Woshin and him ignoring Shiho later and turning a blind eye to the bullying was like an OK sign. I think if he didn't interfere in the beginning (first day of school) Shiho will deal with The bully just fine. But after what happened Shiho is still confused about WSh's behaviour and suddenly all alone blaming himself, thinking too much and has no one on his side made him weaker and more vulnerable and easer to manipulate.

Like Wooshin treated Shiho specially on the basis of "being friends". Then just cut that off while maintaining the "we're friends and all is good" facade.
And add that blond sicko into the mix, Wooshin basically forsake Shiho and pretended to have done nothing while Shiho shoulders the abandonment, bullying and blame.

@best_nona I need the only thing that threw me off was you say that he would have done just fine with a bully in the beginning. I think he just would have been bully throughout the whole flashback if that was the case cuz he crazy the blonde guy is

@Dykejiah I don't know about that and didn't mean he will be fine getting bullied but Shiho was different mentally in The beginning i don't think he would have taking the bullying and enduring it silently bullying isn't easy but it got worst later because Shiho was shaking and couldn't rely on anyone thinking everything happenedwwith wooshin is his fault and happened because he rely on him too much .
