The thing with Benno and his not-wife in the room with a little girl? Wasn't that just his little sister he had to take care of in the middle of her great works as an unintentional cockblock?
 
Is it just me, but it feels like the author is setting up Benno to marry Myne. Everyone's joking about Myne being Benno's Goddess of Water. It may seem like a joke now, but it feels like a setup for the future
