In a side-story of the LN, it's explained that the Guildmaster didn't have any bad intentions with Benno and his family store. The guildmaster is just kinda clumsy with emotions, and wanted to save the Gilberta company considering it seemed like it would have gone under without Benno's dad. But with Mark's help, they end up keeping everything running, despite loosing a ton of connections after his dad's death.

At first Benno will try to get Myne to come up with something he can make with his resources (i.e. no sugar)


Myne started pondering, and started thinking of Italian food like pizza, pasta, etc.
Then she basically started arguing for Benno to give up on dessert stuffs and open an Italian restaurant because she want to eat those.

Lutz and Mark standing nearby discussed how it looks like Benno is going to lose this 'fight' with how unstoppable Myne is when she's excited like that.
In the end they did open Italian restaurant though it took a while between all the renovations needed.




Myne get to train the chefs beforehand because turns out her 'residence' in the temple has an oven meaning she can have a chef work for her and practice all the recipes she want to make at the same time.
(part of the blue robe's obligation is making excess amount of food so the leftovers can be pass down to the orphans)
