And you have to remember she is fine with Miyamura hanging out with Sengoku, Ishikawa, Iura. It is not that she doesn't let him hang out with his friends, it is just Shindo is a special case. He is Miyamura's childhood friend who knows more about him than her and the way Miyamura interacting with him is different. It is a side of him that she doesn't know.
