Hosaka-sensei no Ai no Muchi - Vol. 3 Ch. 12

Ecchan being so smooth, lol! And the timeskip was super touching-- I'm glad their daycare years have impacted their lives so much. It kinda makes me, a non-practicing Education graduate, feel sorta envious.

This has got to be one of the least drama-filled shoujo I've read in recent years. No love triangle arc, no beating around the bush, no flying-to-America scenario... it's refreshing but at the same time it makes me feel, "That's it?" I didn't feel there was one big conflict that drove up the stakes in the story, though I acknowledge that IRL, life unfolds less excitingly than shoujo manga.

But yes, that epilogue made everything worthwhile. It was a great way to bring all of the slice-of-life chapters into a full circle.

This was great.

Didn't have to be unnecessarily long and finished itself on a good note

Come on show us some more of her kids!!, btw the ending is realllyyyy good!!

No unneccessary drama just a short sweet story making my eyes sweat several times. Loved this couple. Loved this manga. Bravo!

Lol figures the kid has her scary face lol. And aww I like how they show all the kids grown up. And he looks old!!!! While she looks like she hasn’t aged a bit!!

BUT THE AUDIENCE NEEDS TO SEE THE WEDDING

this is great, just pure wholesomeness. Hosaka is really weird but the two of them are cute together! a relationship built on mutual respect and support. love that for them!

While I'm glad about the IDEA of the Epilogue, I'm not fully satisfied with the implementation. So rushed.
"We all told you our dreams, what's yours?". So random, so unconnected.
It could have been an extra chapter...
Also, did Hosaka need to age THAT much?

There's also two minor things that bother me. One, for how pushy he was at the beginning, they still went into the wedding with her a virgin. I mean, sexual compatibility is a thing, they could've at least spent a night together...
And two, a 'conflict' was raised with them dating, and then immediately forgotten. Why raise it at all then.

But well, that said, it was a fantastic floof piece. Tbh more romantic than fluffy, but adorable nonetheless. A good one indeed.

@syaochan I recommend "sweat and soap", if you like fluffy romance without unnecessary drama. A bit more steamy than this, in case you're the type that thinks sex automatically disaqualifies wholesomeness. Also, chapter 1 rubs some people the wrong way, but give it a chance for 2-3.

@Tatherwood Thank you SO much for the rec~! I'm a josei/smut trash so I am giddy at the thought of reading a balanced fluff and sexytime story, woohoo!
