It's refreshing that that's just how she is but at the same time it's not an enviable or respectable attitude to have for the reason that she doesn't take others into consideration. There's a very large difference between living your life the way you want regardless of others and actively hurting others by only thinking about yourself and not realizing you have to live with these other people. It's less not caring about what others think and being completely self centered so that your actions hurt others but you don't care.
