@Mysterymaniac4869, I had few suggestion regarding quality stuff. Well, I know that is not easy to clean and re-draw the whole thing.
There is not a problem with translation, composition text and font but, the problem lies in quality image, a blur everywhere(but better than Chapter 1 in term of quality)...
If you deadstuck with very low quality resolution from web raws(except you have a scanner and manga on your own, quality is not a problem here)
Please try photoshop, (later version is better if you have it), Here the tips :

1. Please enlarger the image With [Bicubic Smoother]
2. Reduce the Noise in Filter
3. Duplicate The Layer, and then Add Highpass in Filter and Overlay it
4. Merge it, Clean it include bubble text, and Then typesett it
Note : don't typeset it first and then enlarge it, that makes the word is very blur.
(Seriously, I wanna help the whole thing, except translator part, But i'm very busy with college ? )
