The anime made it up to and including Chapter 7; Chapter 8 is where there isn't animated content (until it comes off hiatus anyway).

No clue; it can vary heavily how many chapters any given episode adapts depending on pacing, and how much "content" there is in any given chapter, or how much animating it adds.
