How do you combine scans vertically

I scraped a batch of scans and they're cut weirdly. I need to combine them vertically before translating and typesetting - is there a quick way to do that without using photoshop?

Also is there guide for scanlating webtoons somewhere

Use online jpg merger

You can either use Irrfanview or ImageMagick.

Irrfanview has options to merge multiple chapters, but is' based on dialog-boxes and you have to do a lot of clicking.

ImageMagick is CLI-based and all you need to do is just copy-paste some commands and wait for 2 secs.
