@greatninja3 my bad I was talking of the mangaka and not the story's author. As far as I remember this is an adaptation of a story that was written on 2chan, like a greentext on 4chan. On those websites you sometimes have a random anonymous ID for each thread to avoid someone impersonating multiple persons, and that's what the author's name is.
The author is basically a random dude and this guy decided to adapt his story, that's all there is about him. Maybe there is actually information about him but I don't know what he's doing.
However I would give most of the credit to the mangaka, he's awesome in my opinion and perfectly able to write his own stories.
There's another author like that though, the guy behind Molester Man and Onani Master Kurosawa.
