How to filter out manga with no chapters available in my language?

So on MangaDex I have my settings configured to only show me English chapters, and when I just do a search for manga, a lot of them end up with "no chapter available" when I click onto them. Is there a way to filter these out so they don't show up on the search results and to just display listings with chapters available in my language?

There's currently no way to exclude the non-translated manga from search results. MrIncognito's post there explains how it will be possible in the future, though.
