Reading ahead in the available raws which is only a chapter or two, doesn’t appear to have any romance.

Mangadex uses the AP def of yaoi and shounen ai, so if these two end up in an actual relationship then it will get an shounen ai tag, but sofar they aren’t. The translater obviously didn’t feel it needed a BL tag as of yet so that’s why it doesn’t have one.
