that happens quite often with webtoons, where the artist is still ... "evolving", starting collabs with other artists

or the other way, they start out way too ambitious and later learn a more time effective way to draw, collabs ending, etc etc

2021 EDIT:
The dialogue in the last few panels are extra details from the light novel - I thought they'd add some much needed context to this scene. As a lot of people in the comments have noticed, the artstyle starts shifting a lot starting at this point in the story. I think it's because there was more than one artist (none of them seem to be credited...) contributing to different chapters.
