I just suddenly had this weird feeling that this manga is going to end with Yukio as a guy but Koichi starts turning into a girl. It's sort of comedy style I guess.

Also medicine being cheaper in the states? Look, I don't mind the suspension of disbelief about guys becoming super cute girls once a day, it's part of being a fan of the TSF genre. But some ideas are fantasy beyond Tolkien.

I don't get why the story is still focusing on the boring chars, instead of furthering the relationship between mc and the cute girl. I mean, I get that it is a gender bender manga, but there has already been allusion to her having feelings for him, and its annoying when mangas take ages to hook ppl up (particularly in this case, as keeping it in limbo is almost implying that mangaka is aiming for the yaoi relationship (or worse, harem (which the newly introduced guy also acts as an implication for)), instead.

I don't see why there would have been any allusion to her liking mc if not to make her the heroine, tho. And she is clearly given more of a personality and drawn cuter than that gender bender guy who steals all panels, which also would make no sense if she were going to just remain as a background "spectator"-type character instead.
