@mangoco because the translators have this dumb idea that by spreading it out over several chapters they can show their donation page multiple times and people will donate instead of hating them.

@anzuda @Agent-KI7KO TBH, the sequel was better. It actually got a full translation patch not too recently as well if you're interested. With our returning Oni-hime and even more. :> (oh, and there are ecchi jokes, I'm sure you'll like it) (the only thing is that the voices don't get a TL. ) Look for Endless Frontier Exceed. :3

I remember reading somewhere before that the series itself is published in chunks (along with the other serieses from the same source). I haven't seen the raws so I can't verify, but KireiCake's other works aren't chunked up, if you notice.

@cache_bag I'm not sure where they're getting their source from, but the free raw chapters (only goes to 9 atm, link on main page) is not chopped up. Not saying they're doing it on purpose, just pointing out the free ones on official site is whole.

By the looks of it, they changed it beginning with chapter 9, where the donation request is only put in the xx.5 chapters.
