I Became a Legend a Decade Later After Telling My Comrades to Leave Everything to Me and Retreat First - Ch. 16.5

Well, it's nice to see some stuff from the initial chapters coming in to use now.

It seems learning ancient magic is similar to trying to read/write in an undeciphered writing system. There is the historic/information gap, to relearn everything without bias from scratch, and secondly the lack of material to draw upon.

Meanwhile, Luck is happily writing an autobiography in “Linear A” as a joke. That’s essentially what this is.

This was actually a good chapter, didn't remember he was learning Ancient Magic.
But still, calling that a thing a god is kinda underwhelming, the vampires seemed more powerful

@Xcaliblaster don't worry, its basically just a doll that become Evil God medium, and it just its head since its imperfect summoning, so that Evil God can use only like 5-10% of its Own power

woop, he caught another female lol
I’ll come back when this becomes a harem

So, this guy is good at learning magic, genius-level probably.
But he needs to experience that other-world magic to understand it.
So, did he just voluntarily take on the dark ray, here? Like, getting nearly killed just for a chance to learn new abyssal magic?
If so, he's probably more insane than his enemies.
