It's not that it "looks low effort". Copying a pasting a 3d image of a wagon zoomed in on the wheel (and then reusing the EXACT same image in later chapters, but flipped over the y-axis) is "no effort". It's a filler panel, but there was no effort put in at all to photoshop over the image to make it look better, or even to take the original model and just increase the facings on the circles so they don't look so jagged and blocky.
The fact that they're using (and reusing) 3d models for the backgrounds isn't a bad idea, and I guarantee that's at least half the reason they can produce chapters as quickly as they do because it does save a ton of time. But when there isn't any effort to turn some stock 3d shapes into artwork at all, yes, I will criticize that. I would much rather the artist take a bit longer and put some pride into that than quickly pump out chapters where I don't even want to look at the pictures. In that case, they might as well stick to writing it as a webnovel instead of making it a comic.
I happen to like this one, which is why I read it... but the point of a comic, manga, manwha, etc, is to read AND have art to appreciate. In fact, the art tends to be a priority in these genres. So I'd say my point here is a pretty valid criticism, since half the art in here isn't even art, just stock 3d models with hardly any touchup work done to make them look good... as evidenced by a wheel that is so jagged it'd never even function as a wheel.
