Wrong imagery. Should have been a picture of Lefton screaming while being dragged by numerous hands through the gates of Hell. Guy was too evil, arrogant, and unrepentant to go to Heaven with an angel's choir. Also, might have been good if had been kept alive for her to confront him and her fear of him and overcome it before killing him. Being told someone is dead is a pale comparison to confronting and overcoming them emotionally and mentally. Hopefully she doesn't develop any more traumas from this.

@kawaii123456 Eyes didn't look red but in flashback while at orphanage before being selected bu the wizards she had black hair like the Castiellos. Likely hair color changed due to Lefton's insane experiments. Not sure if eyes were originally green too or was changed like her hair.

I wonder if maybe the heaven imagery was used because hell imagery would've been a bit more ambiguous. Like if they showed him in hell being tortured by demons that could easily be interpreted as him being tortured while still alive.

Also, not telling Estelle more about wizards now is dumb as hell. Right now she's an easy target because she doesn't know anything about them.
