@Vincentius it's a well established fact that the Japanese birth rate is extremely low and far below replacement, there are tons of manga and anime based on that exact premise. His point (which was almost certainly a joke) was obviously that the idea that an intimacy contract - especially one limiting intimate behavior to only a few times a month - is desireable enough for a couple to sign is one of the reasons for said low birthrate.

@AnonymousWeeaboo I'm well aware of Japan's failing birth rate, but I've seen this guy commenting on a ton of series lately and every time, his comments are filled with racist remarks; call them jokes if you want, but it's a lot like the return of kronix, only nowhere near as amusing and my patience for him wore out might fast.
