Indeed that would be a normal reaction but given that this is a manga, I just forgo common sense. It's always either a woman doing something stupid and then blaming an MC that had no control over the event or an MC doing something obviously wrong and somehow nobody finding it strange even to the point of the woman feeling responsible.
They met not long ago and are only starting to adventure together, there is no reason to just go in her room (it's not even his house, it's an inn so why is he acting like he owns the place) and then he just rips her sheets.
If she really was so late that they wouldn't be able to adventure, then he should have either loudly knocked on her door (given that they have a prior agreement to go hunting).
Still, as I said, this is a manga so I just shut my brain off but seeing you complain made me want to complain.

Good job on this one, big improvement from last chapter. Only thing I noticed was MC saying "I'll be going under intense training." Going under sounds a little off to me, personally, "I'll be undergoing intense training" sounds a little more natural.
