@Nk9bjP4A nope it's implied he got hit and blanked out with out realizing it. I too thought it was a weird choice to do it this way should of had a buffer page but it just blanked out and wake up.

WTF happened? The beowolf had no reason not to attempt to kill the MC and it just started speaking out of nowhere, and everyone was like: "yeah that's normal" like sure it can be a magical beast, but there was no tension during that combat, at all! Plus, the artist forgot to include the injury in some of the panels and remembered it in others. It made no sense even if I tried to read it carefully.
