When I first registered I could not comment
I get smth like "you have to wait for some time before being able to post "
So I could not comment
And today I tried once and succeed
But after that I could not

It helped me to get that there is a cool down period for comments ))

It doesnt matter if you're posting comments on a chapter or the series itself, or even different forums. All share the same ~3 minute cooldown (meaning 3 minute wait is shared)

@Face-con yeah there is also a 24 hr(?) wait before you can post with a new account. The 2 minute I assume is to combat spammers and the like. Just an fyi if you see a spammer you can use the report button to report them.
