I can't enable my notifications

So I have been searching around for the option that allows me to enable the notifications, but I could not find it, what do I need to do exactly?

You get a notification when someone mentions you in the comments or forum: @ShinSolaire - like now! ? Did you get an alert for this? If you didn't, there's a problem.

Oh I did yeah, I just thought I could get email notifications for any manga updates, cause some sites had that going.

Update e-mails aren't available, but you can get an rss feed of your follows or a specific series.
If you want the rss feed sent to your email, there are third-party rss to email options.
