I can't seem to upload volume covers on some manga series

A week ago, I tried to upload the latest volume cover of Tonikaku Kawaii. I clicked on the upload button and doesn't seem to work. Try later and the next day to no avail. And just today, I tried to uoad a vol. cover on Demon Slayer and Prince of Tennis... nothing, it did not work. Has anyone else had that problem? If so, is there a way to fix it? Or is this some sorta of bug that needs to be fixed by the creators of this site?

@KGTheWeebDog Do you use any ads block/scripts block/popups block? If yes, disable them and try again.
