I Don't Want to Be Bullied by Girls - Ch. 14 - Entering Qing Zi Academy

Huh. So Cai Cai was the pink-haired girl on the cover image. Kinda odd since she's not involved all that much in the story.

Seems like MC finally learned the value of "Cross me once, shame on you. Cross me twice, shame on me"...

@BZo1480 Well, Amy wasn't all that involved in the story, either, until recently. This is normal for harems...not all the girls are introduced or even used much from Chapter 1.

@Kami_Nana Eh, at least up to where I am in the novel, Cai Cai has literally done nothing outside of showing up like 3 times to freak out when he talks to her which brings in Shu Sha to yell at/hit him. Ami was shown to be significant right from the jump. Maybe the manhua changed the story somewhat to make her mean more later on, which kinda makes sense since it's jumped around a lot doing things out of order along with changing/omitting certain events entirely.

@BZo1480 So, she's actually not one of his harem girls in the novel? Have you progressed very far in the novel?

Anyway, yeah, I've seen others bringing up how much has been changed or shifted about concerning timeline of events and that sort of thing. Maybe the manhua artist just felt like making her a member of the harem on his own. Why not? Changed a bunch of other things. Adaptions do that a lot. Look at the TV version of the Walking Dead, for example. A lot in that has been changed from the source material.

@Kami_Nana She isn't where I'm at, which is around the early 200s. Like, their interaction when Lin goes to ask her to write for Ami(freaking out) or keeping her head down is literally all that's happened between them so far.

I expected the adaptation to to alter some stuff, but a lot of what's been changed has hurt the story a bit(a LOT of Lin and Qin's interactions have been cut like the real first time he went over to her place to try and get Optimus Prime back, Lin's dad being a cosplaying ultra perv in this when he isn't in the novel, and Shu Sha being a lot more violent). Meh, I'll still read it as long as Reject or anybody else is willing to work on it.
