I feel like an idiot for asking this but. . . .
Since in this world women are supposed to behave like "dead fish" during sex and the prince has this weird high sex drive which makes him want to try out different things beyond this normal sexual behavior, otherwise he doesn't feel well because of the strain caused from his libido, does this mean that part of the attraction he felt for her during that night have to do with how she maybe acted like a real normal woman does during sex and showed that she actually enjoyed it? O_O;

Such "etiquette" exists only in this kingdom nobility. Common citizens and other countries doesn't have something like this (as far as i remember it from novel). Freed is indeed strange from nobility POV, but for others he's almost normal.

I cannot read this and I want any young girls reading this to know that THIS IS NOT OKAY. IT IS DOWNRIGHT CREEPY. Even if the act was consensual, the branding + forced marriage thing is something that happened back in ancient times where the woman was forced to marry her r*pist. The lack of agency given to her is ugly.
(for those saying it was consensual, in a lot of jurisdictions, removal of contraceptive during the act is also referred to as s*xual assault and this has a similar consequence because she didn't expect to be bound by a casual fling, and not to mention the disrespect to her privacy and literally branding her holy hell)
This is horrifying. At this point, Lidi should consult her dad and then run away to another country forever and save herself from this mess. It has far reaching consequences later in life. If you don't match at a personal, emotional level, no amount of physical intimacy will save you from the hell this marriage is going to be.

While I do not like ML, I also have to say FL reaped what she sow. Of all the partners she could have chosen, she just have to choose the most conspicuous one as her first.

He is not so cringy in the novel, just convincing, confident and devoted (sure, a tad obsessive of her) and has a large sex drive..... and while she is reluctant to marry anyone - she is drawn to him and does hold some attraction for him due to their night together.
She doesn't get as pissed as I would expect, partially cuz she's been marked, the more time she spends with him the more OK she gets.
In their day and age, marriage is what you "do". She wanted to marry for love. Luckily for the reader, she falls pretty fast.
But while she has a relationship with him, she is still very independent of him in her own way, has some secrets she keeps from him and tries to do what she wants within reason. I like her character
