I only have a hunch on why he quits livestreaming...On ths chapter...there was a guy he gave an advice and on the guy's message he said "I followed the advice you gave to me yesterday, but...". If my speculations are right, it's either it goes bad to worse or it did not work, With it resulting to a bad outcome...the guy that he gave might have been disappointed resulting into what you call "Streamer Issues" such as scandals and articles badmouthing them, Since he is not Social in real life, i guess he just quitted livestreaming for his own good.
