Translation note for page 7:
"I like it too" -> Watash mo suki.
Which in Japanese has no subject, directly translated as "I also like".
So a convo could go:
"Watashi suki. Anata mo suki?"
"Watashi mo suki"
SO, the subject is ambiguous and can be taken as a confession.
Pretty sure most manga readers would understand this but just in case someone doesn't know Japanese sentence structure.
