I Fell in Love, so I Tried Livestreaming. - Vol. 1 Ch. 1 - The Two-faced Sharehouse

Ok this is a cool new series and all, but how the heck do they not hear each other?! Do they got soundproof walls?

Love the art style.

Wow, this is a must read for me since I also livestream Monster Hunter from time to time. I hope they all get paired up evenly since they all seem like decent characters that enjoy similar hobbies.

Also why do I have a feeling that one of them is going to get doxed and swatted?

Ok I was afraid this would be just generic garbage, but the livestreams reveal page was just great. Will follow for now.

"Idle talk" is "Just chatting" streamers in twitch language... I think.

Lol, this is weird so far. Not bad, though.

Also, who wants to bet that their entire house is being live-streamed through those cameras? Or at least the public areas.

I know the bandwidth is better in Japan, but five people streaming at the same time seems a bit unrealistic. 😋

He was told it was male-only, and yet he doesn't even ask why he was lied to.

Someone went through a lot of trouble to collect livestreamers to set-up a reality-tv show of them living together, but doesn't even get them to sign to allow it, nor make sure all streamers actually intend to stream. Aside from creepy, this feels like a surefire way to either get sued, or find out after you invested a lot of time and money that you can't make use of most of the footage.

edit: @jorelm not really, why? In apartment buildings there are several households that use internet a lot, and although it might rarely be the upload speed they utilize (even as a streamer, I doubt they use over 50mbps up each tho), it is still far from bottlenecking. That house only has 6 people + whatever is used for the surveillance cameras.

The introduction to each of these characters was way way too forced. Like the author red an old harem manga like Love Hina and was like "oh hey that formula looks good, I'll copy it," without looking at the thousands of other copies that already exist. Very stilted, and the protagonist practically feels like they are teleporting from scene to scene with no transition. Interesting concept, but I'll probably drop it after giving it the 3 chapter grace period.
