I just want to make it clear Nadricka is obvioulsy best boy and him and the Princess are the best ship.

BUT

Politicaly Eclot makes more logical sense even if the Princess can't trust him. it is a victory banquet in his honor and he is a Duke. The only people who have any higher authority in this country are the Princes and the Emperor. Eclot in his home territory would be treated like a king and rule over a huge area of land and many lesser nobels. If anything him being just a concubine is already somewhat insulting. With his status he should actualy be her husband/fiancé.

So i don't really think anyone who says she should have went with Eclot actually likes him. More so that going with Nadricka who status is a slave will probably bite her in the ass later on.

I mean just look at how that drunk guy reacted when Nadricka so much as touched him.
