I also don't think he knows she's pregnant.
He seems to know she slept with him and is reading her, wanting to be healthy and thinking it's because she's nervous...
But he looked confused when the captain said she was sickly and seemed deep in thought when sitting there.
I don't think the doctor told him because of the contract, I guess the doctor is playing third party enjoying knowing the situation while the two of them don't
