It sure seems that way but, nope, they are locked in a constant battle to see who's the winner and who's the loser. On the other hand, there are unmistakable signs that they are beginning to like each other. However, just like some other series I remember, the one who confesses will be considered to be the ultimate loser so I imagine this will go for many, many chapters without them officially becoming a couple (the raws are already up to chapter 67 as of today).
