ZTS needs a Native English speaker to proofread, or at least someone who is fluent in English. Everything sounds...off.
"Only the skin is hurt." could be "Only the skin is injured". No one, who isn't a child, talks like "my <X body part> is hurt".
"Teacher, my hand is also hurt." Sounds off, "Teacher, I also injured my hand." sounds better.
"It will sting a bit~" should be "This will sting a bit~".
And some other instances, like I am sure in some places "women" should be replaced with "girls", "I see that basketball isn't suitable for girls~". As an example.
"Yes, I finished eating." Again, sounds unnatural "Yes, I finished lunch." is better, or "Yes, I am done eating." or "I HAVE finished eating.". It all depends on how recently he finished with his lunch.
"I am very expectant of it." Also sounds off.
Basically seems all their issues are typical ESL issues. Which a decent editor should catch.

I don't think one comment could qualify for that statement. Now if I continued to keep posting every single chapter from now, then sure. But I won't.
I gave my thoughts and they seem to be heard (plakuchukiller) I assume is connected to ZTS? Either way it's up to them if they improve or not.

Lu Dong Xi's heart is still male, it seems. Please go the yuri route. Both of them are idiots for not reporting those injuries were caused by a shithead bully.
