You see, I do believe the boss is a cunning bitch and obviously has another motive behind all of it but I hate to say this, she has a point. It's not about "well, he's okay with it so it's fine". No it's not that easy. First Sayu has a family which she ran away from, second there's the law and third there's the jail. Well, you do the math. Not that I want her to leave him alone but still. It all depends on what he's gonna do. Oh and for Sayu, she at least needs to tell him what's her problem.

Sayu gotta grow some pair and move on with her life. Getting stuck on with some random old dude's kindness won't end well for either her or the old dude. At least talk about your past to the guy that shelter you. He deserves to know. He sheltered you with no string attached. That's plenty already.
