I'm now visualizing the "good" ending for this series. MC manages to fulfill his role as the proper guardian for Sayu and making her experience the good memories she missed over the years, while his romance ends up with his kouhai or his superior.

I'm now hoping for this ending, please.

I only can say vol.3 LN ended with Sayu's brother came up to the MC house and ask for Sayu back. I don't know if the manga showed 1 of the part where there was a car that parked near the convenience store that Sayu was working at. That should be the people sent by her brother to find her, and her brother is some high management of some company (iirc)
