I'm glad Yoshida finally came to terms with the fact that he has no idea whether he's doing this for her sake or his own. I think it's a bit of both...he realizes that Sayu, despite the nasty things ppl on here say about her, is a vulnerable child who he is trying to protect. I think helping her gives him some type of meaning to his life when he comes home from work.
