I think this manga is well written because of all the "realistic" feelings in it. obviously the scenario isn't the most probable but the thoughts and the emotions is more relatable than say, someone who gets a harem and everyone's happy or someone gets the main girl and all the other girls are fine with that and move on in two weeks
