@anneidentified my only theory is that maybe he actually cared for her. He looks kinda similar to that knight from the family that wished her happy birthday lol but I doubt they’re the same person.

I don't know why she would think Dylan would be so grateful when she knew the 7th Consort would be poisoned again and then suffer an agonizing death. If I were Dylan, I would be pissed even if Char helped soothe her suffering. Char knew she would die but did nothing. I wouldn't be surprised if Dylan turned on her if he discovered this piece of knowledge.
