i'm personally in the 'things are more complicated than they seem' boat when it comes to shen shu - it's pretty clear she's not on the boys' side and her reaction to recent events has been intense, to say the least, but her words and actions don't come off as malicious so much as just hurt.

...plus, i trust xiao wang's judgement of her as a 'good girl' from previous chapter comment sections. we'll have to wait and see how things play out, i suppose.
