Hello! I think she doesn't have a genuine friend in her past life. As what I remember in the past chapter, she had a friend but turns out her friend fakes out or just being dragged to mean girls and avoided her (you know the 'oh you talk to her ugh gross!' type) since she's a kid there, she wanna act like one and trying to change what happened to her in the past. I don't know but mostly in this kimd of genre where they got reincarnated as a young las or a baby have similarities of.. You know. Change thing. And yeah...
