Demon lord here seems to be wandering firmly into the "man-child that has no clue how he comes off or which bits of consent are important" territory. Or maybe that's just my interpretation of his actions?
(If so, not his fault, to be sure; seems legit. Hellishly inadequate upbringing and all. But definitely also falling just a bit into "handsome men will be forgiven" territory.)

@Pokari Yeah if this was how it was gonna be, I would have preferred they left their relationship up to our imagination. Maybe it gets better in the future, because in the beginning chapters they seemed like they had this grand love thing and now not so much. I wonder if it's better in the novel?
No way, I thought there was no drama between them until she died, omg.
Anyway, I kinda understand daddy's urgency since time is different in both realms, and the boy has literally been craving for love ever since his birth (so ofc he has no doubts), but as a woman, if any dude who I barely know, starts acting like that, no matter how much I like him, I'd be like "dude, pls calm yourself and get lost" or I'd even run away, haha.
And yeah, I love him, he's an adorable papa and all, but if my lover just would be able to come once in a while, he's a demon and not just any demon but the Demon King and I'm at the opposite role of him so his identity puts me at risk, everyone who cares about me is worried as well, and we can't even live in the same realm long enough to create a variety of precious memories and take care of each other... well... I'd have doubts as well, lol.
Edit: Whatever, I feel he's a good being. I can't forget when he went to see the old lady in order to learn how to take care of her baby girl. He learns if he has the opportunity to do so.uwu
