He has been confronted with lots of different situations and points of view, both from people whose body he possessed, and from people he has interacted with. In terms of "learning", he seems to have become more rational, less self-centered and, perhaps, a little wiser.

I believe the most likely scenario is: he will gain respect and die like Dad Police Officer did.

He didn’t even recognize his own boss...It’s weird right? Does that mean information is withheld? Or theirs a possibility he was being watched? Watched by his junior.....Then what would that imply...The junior is involved in his past somehow?
