@xyzzy : considering this is an alphapolis webnovel no the description is nothing more then some smart mouthed know nothing teen being smart mouthed know nothing teen, and is completely immature non-professional trash.

For the record, this is a webnovel that they have published 4 ln volumes of, any such meeting would only be "how well did the LN sell? Ok, based on that we can spend this much on an artist." Heck the decision to publish it as a light novel would be 100 % based on how many readers the webnovel has.
