Otome genre of Isekai is one of the mainstay archetypes of the current isekai trend. Its just that they've been rather late in terms of arriving on the manga scene as they've been around for the wn and ln scene. Just remember that not every wn/ln otome reincarnation has been even adapted. No one's translated the OG Otome Reincarnation yet.
