Ichido Dake Demo, Koukai Shitemasu - Vol. 1 Ch. 3.2 - You Wouldn't Understand Part 2

Straight girls really be acting the gayest around each other, it is tiring. I understand your pain ms landlady ;-;

I came here to comment about how hot that was but I guess I should instead be complaining about straight girls and sexual orientation like everyone else

@trapsarebetter I’m gonna make a absolutely huge assumption that you aren’t here because you support the lgbt community but because you have a festish for traps which naturally evolved into a fetish for either yuri of gay couples. Now you dropped it because of “sexual orientation labels” I’m confused by this as it’s yuri or known by most people the Japanese word for lesbian So please explain if not for passive homophobia why else would you treat this as a bad thing or even something worth dropping it for?

Another post because I messed up the tag

That woud be for neither reason.
I don't care about gender and all these “yuri” and “yaoi” genres a good story is a good story and the gender of the protagonists is irrelevant.

Fuck the “l.g.b.t. community” indeed — it's rebranded Abrahamic conservativism that's just as obsessed with gender and sexual morality..

I don't read it “because” it's “yuri” — I don't care about the genders of the protagonists and I'd præfer that the story not throw it in my face.
The protagonists must have some gender after all.

why else would you treat this as a bad thing or even something worth dropping it for?
I only dropped it far later actually. “dropped” is a meme. Half of my “dropped” posts are about innocent grammar mistakes.

I'm going to make the absolutely huge assumption that you read it “because” it's “yuri” indeed.

........................................................................... I ............ don’t even know what to say.................. the branch of religions known for stoning those people ............. that was fucked up just plain fucking passive homophobia there

As such I don’t see the problem with having them discuss This as it’s currently something everyone like this in real life haves problems with.

As for the last bit yes I have biases to starting to read more yuri and yaoi ones but that’s mostly because it seems that’s the only place able to find much original stuff anymore in romance. I’m still reading because of how fucking good this story is anyhow I still don’t see the point so what if I did read because it was yuri?

Also I wanna know what actually made you drop it so we can properly discuss it.

That is obviously at a time and place where capital punishment and stoning is handed out for many more things.

In places where stoning and capital punishment still happens, “the l.g.b.t. community” calls just as hard for it for, say, infidelity, or wearing whatever clothes not dictated as appropriate for one's gender.

As such I don’t see the problem with having them discuss This as it’s currently something everyone like this in real life haves problems with.
Only those that would put gender on a pedestal, and treat it like the single most sacred thing on the planet to be concerned about.

The story simply lost my interest; there are many things I stop reading because they loose my interest.

Looking at it I read up till and including Ch. 7.2.

I what? When did I even mention gender like that?

I’m not gonna keep discussing the religious aspect or I might get the need to go kill something.

@immortalartisan
Well, not only did you admit that you read or not read titles over the gender configuration of it's protagonists, but you also admitted confusion over the possibility that someone else might read what you call “yuri” not for that reason but simply because it's a good story.
